I do not care with this strategy. It puts too much pressure on the customer. The sales person did not let the tech give me a clear explanation, which Wayne was able to do after the sales person stayed outside. It was a big surprise to be hit with a $5K, 8K or 17K quote and be told that the gas was being turned off to my unit within 10 min of them arriving. My neighborhood has primarily been serviced by WW and I have stayed with WW for 15 year but do to this experience as well as other experiences from my neighbors I will be purchasing a new units from a more locally company that many neighbors recommend and have better pricing on equivalent units."

Led to freeze up. It took the third tech to solve it. First tech said lost refrigerant. Broke a damper on installation. The one where they put wireless too close. Tech comes, measures it and said will fabricate new one. Weeks later, learn nothing done and new tech has to come to measure. Finally replacement damper installed. On install, expressly told to not disturb secondary UV system recommended by WesleyWood and installed by WesleyWood. The installers threw the UV system out without telling me. And salesman tried to sell leasing system that only a commercial client would want. For a residential customer, it is a financial disaster. Internet is full of people screwed by the lease terms, which are outrageous."

But all the time, they pressure us to spend a great deal of money on new units. If you don't understand how obnoxious this is, then you are certainly not focused on your customers' reactions."

That was on May 31st and to date I haven't heard a thing about the replacement or from Rick. On all of my calls i was told I needed to speak to the operations person about the rebate but every time I called I was told she would call be back. She never did! Finally, on June 14th I called my sales rep Anthony Santoro and voiced my concerns about the poor customer service. He said he would take care of it and the following day I got a call from Jennifer. She said she would take care of the rebate and would look into the thermostat replacement and get back to me. She mentioned that it seemed that someone had dropped the ball on the thermostat replacement. Again, I have yet to hear from her or anything about the replacement. I will do a follow-up call to Anthony because he did help me before. I feel like once the heater/air conditioner was installed Wesley Wood could care less about me or my problems. I shouldn't have to continually call and be told someone will call me back only to never get that call. The customer service is terrible and for this reason I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone and if anyone asked me about your company I would have to be truthful and say the sales rep was great, the installation team was wonderful but the customer service is absolutely terrible and probaby the worst I have ever experienced."

There was already a filter at the air intake. 2) I then called Wesley Wood out to fix a leak in the hot water plumbing on my furnace. The technician did not have the tools to make the repair and scheduled a follow-up. 3) My 3rd call was for furnace and A/C maintenance under contract. the technician arrived without the tools (and apparently without the expertise) to clean a furnace. Despite the obvious screw up, Wesley Wood Service Experts did not reach out to me to make up for the problem, I had to call the office. Then, I kid you not, a week later when they came back to clean the furnace, someone got out of the truck and said they were there to do the maintenance on the A/C. That might make the company one of the most dysfunctional I've ever dealt with. And I even had a guy fix a leak once by relocating everything the leak dripped on rather than fixing the drip."
