The General Manager oversees the P&L, steers sales, and provides guidance to all employees and processes for the center. Service Technician The Service Technician conducts diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also promotes products and services to customer and works under the management of the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Installation Technician/Installation Helpers The Installation Technician completes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The person in the role also conducts installation and service on IAQ equipment and products, as well, and has the qualifications to follow controls and wiring plans and schematics. Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist manages customer inquiries, concerns, and billing questions with the highest degree of consideration and professionalism to resolve customer complaints with a one-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held accountable for supporting day-to-day operation of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center. Dispatcher The Dispatcher, using company radio and pager processes, dispatches customer information to Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. The person filling the position also corresponds with the customer to verify the customer is informed of scheduled appointments, reply to queries, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most suitable technicians following established company guidelines.
